No more hiding your thighs – they look lovely.

A thigh lift is a cosmetic procedure that removes sagging skin, fat, and tissue from the thighs and tightens the area to create a firm, sculpted appearance. It can be a transformative surgery, leaving your thighs looking fit, firm, and balanced with your figure.

How can I achieve a thigh gap?

A thigh gap is a space between the upper legs which appears youthful and attractive. To achieve thighs that appear youthful, taut, and firm, the upper legs must be reduced in size. With a thigh lift, excess skin (along with fat if needed) is removed from the legs, which reduces the thickness of the thighs. Depending on your current size and your aesthetic goals, a thigh lift can help you finally have the coveted look of a thigh gap.

How is a thigh lift performed?

A thigh lift is performed under general anesthesia to ensure your comfort. The procedure involves making a precise incision along the inside of the thigh, through which Dr. Afrooz can tighten the skin and tissue in the leg. This also gives him the ability to remove excess fat via liposuction, further sculpting the legs. This procedure lasts approximately three hours but can vary depending on the amount of work to be done.

What is the recovery after a thigh lift? Rest, recover, and enjoy your new look.

After a thigh lift, it is common to experience some bruising and swelling, as well as some mild discomfort for several days following your procedure. This should all subdue within a week after surgery, but we recommend getting as much rest as possible and minimizing physical activity for at least two weeks after your procedure. This allows the body to heal without interference and will help ensure a speedy recovery. Patients can expect to resume their usual activities approximately one month to six weeks after treatment.
