Recovery From a Neck Lift

Consultation Fee
In consideration of Dr. Afrooz’s time and expert evaluation of your case, a consultation fee of $250 is collected at the time of scheduling. This fee is credited in full toward your procedure with Dr. Afrooz should you choose to move forward.
Insurance
At our private-pay aesthetic practice, we do not accept any form of insurance at this time.
However, we understand that some procedures, such as those for a deviated septum or hooded eyes, may qualify for reimbursement through your insurance provider. For patients seeking reimbursement, we can provide an operative report, including Dr. Afrooz’s diagnostic and surgical CPT codes. You may submit this documentation directly to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. If you have any questions about this process, our team is happy to assist in providing the necessary paperwork.
