My beautiful patient underwent a lower face and neck lift with upper blepharoplasty as part of a comprehensive facial rejuvenation approach. In her pre-operative photos, the lower face showed early laxity and irregular contouring, including small surface depressions and unevenness related to aging soft tissue descent and loss of structural support. By repositioning the deeper tissues of the lower face and neck and restoring proper tension, we’re able to smooth the jawline, refine the lower face contour, and improve overall skin drape, without creating a tight or artificial appearance. Her upper blepharoplasty addressed excess eyelid skin that was weighing down the upper lids. This subtle adjustment opened the eyes while preserving their natural shape, creating a rested and brighter appearance.
