Here is our patient before and after a deep plane lower face and neck lift, with focus exclusively on the neck contour and jawline. Over time, the neck is often one of the first areas to reveal aging, laxity beneath the skin, loss of support, and blurred contours that no longer match how vibrant someone feels inside. In this case, the goal was to reveal a cleaner neckline and a more defined jawline without tension, tightness, or an operated look. This patient is still healing and will continue to refine over the coming months, but even at this stage, her neck reflects calm confidence and natural structure.
