A few things worth pointing out: the neck contour in her profile view is one of the most dramatic changes; that cervicomental angle going from undefined to completely sculpted is exactly what a well-executed deep plane neck lift can achieve. Her jawline is clean, jowls are gone, and her marionette lines resolved naturally without looking pulled or overdone.
 
Her brow lift is subtle, intentionally so. Rather than a dramatic change, we repositioned the tail of her brow, which opened up the outer eye area and eliminated that downward droop at the corner. No upper eyelid surgery involved, just the brow doing its job properly.
