This 60-year-old patient is two months post-op and wanted to address some of the changes she was seeing with age, particularly along the lower face, jawline, neck, brows, and under-eye area. Her surgical plan included a deep plane lower face and neck lift, temporal brow repositioning, and fat grafting to the under eyes.
The facelift and neck lift helped reduce jowling and laxity while restoring a cleaner, more defined jawline and neck. The temporal brow repositioning gave the outer brows a subtle lift, helping open and refresh the upper face without creating an overly lifted appearance. Fat grafting to the lower eyelids restored some of the volume that had been lost over time and created a smoother transition between the eyes and cheeks.
