My beautiful patient is 61 years old and she is approximately 6 months out from her deep plane lower facelift and neck lift.
My goal with this procedure is to improve definition along the jawline, address jowling, and refine the neck while maintaining balance with the rest of the face.
I approach every facelift individually, considering each patient's anatomy, skin laxity, and underlying facial structures to determine the most appropriate surgical plan. The objective is a refined, balanced result that respects the patient's natural features.
